Light White Wines
CALIFORNIA RIESLING
A fine varietal distinctive flowery bouquet, complex fruits and cinnamon flavours with a crisp, clean finish. A variety of pairings with many dishes including seafood, veal or pork.
NEW ZEALAND SAUVIGNON BLANC
This member of the Eclipse line offers intense aromatic, fragrance with grass and currant leaves offers a fruit-forward wine with robust flavour of zesty fruit and a crisp, dry finish.
CALIFORNIA SAUVIGNON BLANC
The crisp, flavourful grape varietal has distinctive flavour character. The herbal bouquet and aftertaste with generous acidity and dryness. Pairs well with fish, oysters, green vegetables and goat cheese.
RIESLING
German popular varietal this wine is refreshing and well balanced with a classic smooth full body crisp finish. A great match with seafood and chicken entries.
PINOT GRIS
A light bodied wine refreshes with green apple, pear and honeydew melon drinks well while still young. Great with light foods, white fish and creamy cheeses.
ITALIAN PINOT GRIGIO
An early season in Italy renders a bright, crisp dry white wine with gentle perfume and spiciness. Fresh, lively and flavourful with a hint of citrus and almonds.
